No, if they ponied up and paid Harbaugh I would have been happy. Harbaugh would have been the final solution to all of this.

Saying any extreme good or bad at this point is silly. Nobody knows for sure what will happen.

Its the Bears though, so I expect a trainwreck but will hope for the best.

Nobody wanted Eberflus outside of Jacksonville. This is a worse hire than Nagy in 2018, as teams were beating down the door for Nagy.

Quinn withdrew from other teams' considerations when he decided to stay in Dallas.

Underwhelming but I’m fast forwarding to the acceptance phase of Bears hiring processes.

Hopefully fields is good.

We hired a Lovie Disciple! Get ready for years and years of bad offenses and an endless revolving door of offensive coordinators.

I would be surprised I this team switched back to a 4-3 defense.

If you are looking at defensive minded head coaches, there is no fucking way you can sell Matt Eberflus over Brian Flores....what a joke.

This is interesting considering the tenuous position of the current Head Coach. Maybe he thinks he's in line to take over in Dallas next season.

You can. Flores hasn't accomplished anything and he still wants complete control. You have to win in order to become Belichick.

He won 9-10 games a year with a 3-4 win talent roster.

Depends on how they feel about the current 3-4 players. A lot of the core guys are getting old and I know you have rose colored glasses but this team is a ways away. Not saying I think they will do it but I’d hardly be surprised.

The last 2 years aren't enough to give him complete control of anything.

They don't have three starting level 4-3 LB on the roster right now.

Poor Les, he wouldn't have had to worry about things like the 3 technique any longer.

I will be surprised if they don't shift to a 4-3 defense.

The 3-4 time and time again has proven to be a superior defense. Why people love the 4-3 is beyond me.
