HAWKWATCH 08!
Ok it's only the 2nd and this game is shitty to watch but I will report my findings on the Hawk Swear. I will look for:

a) Loudness of swear. Was this inadvertant? Did he mean to cover the mic and say it under his breath?
b) Anger level. Was this an uncontrolled ejaculation of profanity? Or just a sign of frustration.
c) Microphone pickup. Speaks for itself.
d) Potential alteration by Comcast Sports net prior to 2nd airing.
e) Potential insanity of Panther PislA

Here's the final rankings.

This was a loud, in microphone F-bomb. He had been ranting on the 3rd base umpire for pretty much the whole inning, saying that (paraphrased) he shouldn't be there here, not a good umpire. Then... it happened "And that's just fucked". There was positively no mistaking it. None at all. He said it, into the mircophone, angry.

b) Anger level. Was this an uncontrolled ejaculation of profanity? Or just a sign of frustration.
As alluded to earlier there was serious anger in his voice. It was uncontrolled. Hawk let it fly. He went for it like a ninja turtle for pizza.

c) Microphone pickup. Speaks for itself.
Picked it up like beardown picks up prostitutes. Again, no doubter here.

d) Potential alteration by Comcast Sports net prior to 2nd airing.
Nope. They let it roll. Pretty amazing they didn't notice that, unless the producers and the powers that be at Comcast are just like us and they don't listen to Hawk.

e) Potential insanity of Panther PislA
No conclusions. While insanity didn't play a part in today's post, the jury is still out on other evidence produced in the last couple years.

Conclusion:
Confirmed F-Bomb, high anger, probably sweating bullets and red, he just let it go. There is also significant evidence pointing to the fact that no one actually listens to Hawk besides Panther.
