Now that the regular season is complete, what active players do you feel have been hurt by increased drug testing? I will start with the ever shrinking Travis Hafner.

I think Kerry Wood may have actually been helped by it...

Because he stopped doing steroids, or other people aren't using?

"Pudge" Rodriguez, no doubt. I will never forget listening to Boers and Bernstein on opening day in, I believe, 05. "Pudge" had lost thirty-five pounds on an agressive workout program. Bernstein's reaction was that of utter shock at how tiny he was. Miguel Cabrera, not sure.

Pujols ? - played with a bad elbow that needs surgery and had a great season

Miggy Cabrera? - Set career highs for HR's & RBI's while playing in one of the biggest parks in baseball.

You want to see guys with significant drops in production since testing was implemented, look at Garret Anderson, Todd Helton, Miguel Tejada, Brian Giles, Hank Blaylock.
Sure some of it's natural aging, but that's some drastic drop offs, and in case of Tejada & Helton you have other rumor & guilt by association type indicators.

I think them all as guilty, it's much easier that way.

BTW- Miguel Cabrera led the AL with 37 home runs. The last time a player led the league with such a low total was 1989 when Fred McGriff hit 36 home runs.

Quentin would have coasted to 40, and if he got red hot, might have made a run at 50.
