I think you gotta start Swisher instead of Wise tonight. He's hit Blackburn OK in a small sample (3-9). Wise hasn't been doing shit lately.

I think you are right beardown, but I wouldn't count on it, Ozzie seems very stuck on Wise. When will the lineups be announced?

Gotta think in an hour or so. It's a 6:30 start so a little quicker than the normal 7:10 starts. The Score and ESPN 1000 will announce them soon. Can't listen right now. Let me know if you hear them.

But wearing black is better than white. 40k white people dressed in white looks like a KKK rally. We've seen that with the Miami Heat during their playoff games.

They called for black for 40,000 people wearing white would be it harder to see the ball.

I thought it was because black is scarier than white. At least that's what the world wants you to think  :P

Don Orsillo, the PBP of the Boston Red Sox, called the "play in" game last year between the San Diego Padres & Colorado Rockies, with Joe Simpson providing the analysis on TBS Sports last year in Denver. I know this...Don & Harold Reynolds will call the Twins/White Sox winner @ Rays' Division Series at Tropicana Field Thursday at 1:30p on TBS. That's a given, folks.

Dick Stockton is doing the game. Heard Mac say that. Stockton will do the Cubs/Dodgers series as well.

Hey, does Steve Stone have off today for the Jewish holiday? Bernsie and Harry are off.

Not sure, Beardown. Today is Rosh Hashanah, and I know Steve was not there yesterday for the Tigers/White Sox regular season makeup game. "The Ranger" & Farmio provided the descriptions on "The SCORE" yesterday afternoon...

We know Van. I think you've said that once before. I think you are pulling for the Sox tonite solely because North is a Sox fan

:thumleft: + 1 in earnest.....I've never been a Cub Fan/Sox hater...in fact, was gonna go to the game yesterday if if wasn't raining...

I always tell people that my affinity for Cubs and Sox is similar to how Deion Sanders once explained his love for football and baseball:

I changed it to my quote.

I actually want the Sox to win also. I have a feeling, despite the weather, that we are in for a high scoring, roller coaster type of a game. Pitchers in both bullpens better be ready early and often.

Says here: Sox win 11-7.

My HD feed for TBS is bad. It's scrambled and the sound dips in and out. The regular TBS is fine. Anybody else have this problem?

If you look at the shine on his head, squint just right, and tilt your head - you can actually see Kevin Costner in the reflection.
