That is an interesting and crazy world. My ex wife was completely into those competitions right before we got divorced. She would work out like 4 hours a day, a couple before work and a couple after. I look back on it now and think it is pretty gross but it was impressive regarding how strong she got and the work ethic involved.

But yes juiced to the gills and that’s ok. Adding that much pure lean mass in your mid 40s is pretty much impossible

He’s not elite body builder lean obviously but he’s not competing amongst Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman in their primes.

He definitely has some bubble gut from the HGH as you point out but he’s lean as fuck compared to any 46 year old that works out regularly and just “eats right” is my point

my guess is there hasn't been a time since his early teens when you couldn't find traces of some kind of substance in his blood stream
