It's a new offense and they're trying to figure out the offensive line, but it's not a great start.

Part of the problem is that Getsy is constantly shuffling guys in and out of the offensive line at the same time he's installing the offense. As a result, the linemen are confused and letting pass rushers fly by them.

But Fields is often struggling when there's no pressure on him whatsoever. His inaccuracy is inexcusable, and it's beginning to sound like his new footwork and throwing motion aren't helping him at all. He needs to improve quickly or this will be the ugliest season in Bears history.

It’s August.. I’ll start worrying if this stuff is happening week 1. Also, the Bears talent pool is thin -especially on offense, so I’m not sure what we should all really be expecting here/this season

Also, the "it's only August" line is total crap. People have been making that same excuse about the Bears putrid training camp performances for years.

Too many people drinking the Luke Getsy Kool Aid this offseason, just because he wasn't Matt Nagy, that's great, but he's never called plays, at any level. He didn't call the plays at Mississippi either...

It's very possible this guy could suck almost as bad as Nagy.

The Quarterback may suck too.

I believe the first Trestman offense was the most "explosive" I've seen as a fan. I start my personal clock around 2005.
