I'd trade Quinn and Roquan to Detroit for whatever.

Roquan got exposed to me in the Raiders game a few years back, he's a little guy who cannot take on a block which makes him an extreme liability in the run game unless you have massive DT's like Akeem Hicks and an interested Eddie Golman.

The PFF ratings, which are questionable, are in the toilet for the interior for both sides of the Bears Oline which makes perfect sense to anyone watching the games and is why they will monumentally struggle this season on both sides of the ball.

If you can flip Roquan for a pick you should do it and pick any SEC LB, you get a kid who is just as fast and likely a lot bigger than Roquan without the baggage.

Mully and Haugh had some NFL “expert” on earlier in the week, and when Mully asked her about Roquan’s impressive start, she said, “good for him, after what he went through.” What he went through? That was all his own doing. I guess that was the female perspective.

It sounds like Patrick may be ready to start at center.

Current Day JMarcus Webb might be a better option than Mustipher at Center.

@WillRagatz
With Jaylon Johnson doubtful, these will be the Bears' top three cornerbacks on Sunday:

- 2020 5th-rounder Kindle Vildor (54.2 PFF grade)
- 2nd-round rookie Kyler Gordon (41.1 PFF grade)
- Undrafted rookie Jaylon Jones (55.8 PFF grade)

Kyler Gordon has been a dumpster fire so far this season.

Brisker looked like a clown against the Giants and has been disappointing overall.

Braxton Jones is a guy.

Does Poles actually know anything about scouting?

I'm all in on the Bears 2023 draft (assuming I live that long). I don't think I have ever been as interested in a draft as I will be in that one and I say that as a Vikings fan.

It sounds like you're ready to set the Cousins lean down for some Bears kool-aid.

Ha! No, I'd need to see a super bowl win first. As unlikely as that is.

I just think that the Bears 1st and 2nd round picks will be very interesting next year. I can't see the Bears going defense, but then they've given up a lot of rushing yards this year. Also, Poles has a lot of money to spend. So, it will be intriguing to see what they do.

Eberflus was billed as a "culture-builder" when he was hired. I don't see any evidence that he has significantly changed the culture from the Nagy era. The talent is worse, but the players don't seem to be playing any harder. The fact that nobody jumped on the Fields fumble last week is kind of revealing.

Poles was billed as a great judge of talent when he was hired. His first draft hasn't yet revealed an aptitude for scouting. And Lucas Patrick, whom the organization apparently views as a key building block, has been an absolute bust.

I don't know how ya pass on Pickens for Kyler Gordon, disgusting.

Jefferson is open every play. The pass rush has to get there. Specifically, Robert Quinn.

I think the only person that can stop the Vikings from scoring today will be Cousins. This should get ugly fast.

Not yet. Without Jaylon Johnson the Bears don't have a corner who has a chance to contain Jefferson.
