That didn't happen. Those rumors were literally coming from Jenkins family

Meh, if you want to start Patrick because Tevin didn't practice as well on Wednesday go nuts, but they're never going to start Simien because he practiced better than Fields on Wednesday. If Jenkins is better start him, if not then don't. I'm sure there's a bunch of other positions where the backup had better practices but didn't start, it seems personal with Jenkins. Maybe he's a petulant dipshit and he deserves it though, maybe they're TRYING TO PROVE A POINT, whatever.

My guess would be on top of a bad practice he has a shitty attitude.

Whatever made up metric you want to use, he's their best lineman and every week they actively look for ways to keep him off the field.

You know the season is going great when your best offensive player is a lineman you actually don't want on the team. Great job, Poles!

I'm pretty sure Herbert has been the best offensive player.

I miss Bob chiming in and calling him a 'short armed nerd'. Maybe Jenkins won Bob over.

I'd agree that it's been Jenkins.

I believe his college coach said you had to keep your foot up his ass. Maybe the Bears have been successfully combating his immaturity. I imagine there is an expiration date on this. For the most part, he's always looked good in games.

He's been fantastic at guard. If you have short arms you have a better chance of success at guard. I never wanted him run out of town though...that was this coaching staff

This coaching staff is looking pretty suspect so far.

grote and thayer were on this morning. Grote tossed Thayer a softball comment asking for confirmation that tevin jenkins had been the best bears O-lineman this year. Instead, Thayer took the opportunity to call Jenkins soft and he questioned some of the injuries jenkins had not played through. was surprising to hear Thayer criticize so directly.

I felt the same way when he began to criticize his ND guy Borom.
