I don't love the Patriots. IF Getsy and Eberflus found a solution to make Fields below average and stop the run, I think Bears could win.

This team has been great defensively in the 2nd half of games. We'll get to see how they perform with extended rest.

This game is going to just be ugly as shit. Like another version of the Washington game from last week.

Belichick spends all week coming up with a plan to force the Bears to pass but overestimates Fields ability to pass.

Bears continue to run the ball ignoring Belichick's genius plan. Patriot's defense looks confused when the Bears continue to pound the ball even when the Patriots blitz with everyone and leave the WR's open and uncovered.

Fields is able to connect on the half dozen one and done reads he has been practicing all week and ends up surprising the Patriots 17-10 BEEARRRSS!

Bears haven't been blown out yet, right? Maybe the Packers game counts as one. They seem to have strangely and maybe miraculously been in every loss they've taken aside from GB. Let's see if that continues tonight.

Under normal circumstances, I would have the Patriots winning this by a score of 23-8.

Since this is the N'KEAL HAIRY REVENGE GAME, though, I need to recalibrate.

Patriots 31
Bears 4

You're giving the Bears defense too much credit.

Belichick inconsolable still in mourning for his BF TB12's loss to the Commandos, refuses to coach. Leaves the game in the hands of Fatt Patricia. Fat Matt Patricia channels his Lions years and blows the game completely.

The Patriots have kicked the crap out of teams with limited quarterbacks in the past two games. Make Mac Jones prove he's healthy.

Yeah, they've played this same game since Mac was injured. A high ankle sprain usually takes about 5 weeks.

Since when do white players get high ankle sprains. It's bs. Belichick keeping Jones out b/c the Zapper is better.

I'm actually surprised to read today word of Mac Jones starting. Zappe has looked good and I just don't feel like Jones has been so amazing when he was healthy that he has earned for that QB job to be his. I am surprised they aren't going to ride the Zappe train another week to see if he can keep it going and give Jones another week to heal up or get accustomed to watching Zappe play.

Let's hope Pole's FA prize Patrick can actually play center cause he sure as hell can't play guard.

Yeah, so after signing Patrick, Poles completely ignored the FA offensive line market, until the start of the season, when he subsequently signed Reiff at 10 million a year, who can't even get off the bench.

And I take shit for questing his GM acumen.

What’s up with Leatherwood? He’s in some sort of window where he has to be on the roster within three weeks, or…what?

He wasn't much of an upgrade over the players already on the roster. Playing him in 70% of the snaps will cost the Bears $10M. Parking him unless there is an emergency will only cost $3M

Who should he have signed? You should be specific like you were about the WR's so we can compare your record.

Not Reiff, for 10 million, who can't even play.

Do you think paying a offensive lineman ten million dollars to not play (on a bad oline) is solid roster management? Especially for cap crunch team(as you claim) like the Bears? I'll hang up and listen for your answer.

He's not being paid $10M. He's getting slightly more than the league minimum for a player of his ilk. Again, be specific about who Poles should have splurged on? I'll be patient while you search free agent signings and their PFF grades.
