Thats hard to believe considering Fields played so well

He actually did. 33 points, 10 third down conversions (5 running 5 passing), 250+ total yards and a W is by any definition a decent to good game. You're not selling your soul to the devil if you just sort of/kind of acknowledge what he did. It doesn't mean the long term outlook appreciably changes. It just means on October 24 Fields played decently. That's all.

I love the fact that you are saying a team that was an 8-point underdog prior to the game should have won by 36 or more.

That's a special kind of meatballism.

It was 4th down, though. Granted, they weren't exactly trying hard to score. They gave Ebnor 3 chances to get his first touchdown.

Bears should have punched the last TD in, and went for it on 4th down earlier in the 4th quarter. Bellichick is known for running up scores. Nas is right on in wanting the Bears to have done the same.

Reasonable take as always.

Just getting ready for the Bears' decade or so of dominance.

Giants and the Bears are going to have some donnybrooks in the coming NFC championships.

Its going to be some fun seasons ahead. Think of the retirements coming from the old guard of Qbs. First Brees and Rothlesberger. Next year Brady. Soon after that, Rogers and a couple others. Right now, the elites are Mahomes, Ferguson, and I think the Cincy QB and Lamar and Charger Qb a niche below. It going to be fun to watch with a team on the rise like the Giants and the Bears.
