I think a play making tight end should be a big priority for next season. Kmet is not the answer to what Fields needs.

Right, because the deep wing (Side Judge who is on same side as Down Judge or Field Judge on same side as Line Judge) has blocks on the wide side of the field their side while the short wing (Down or Line Judge) has the tackle up to second widest receiver. That is that officials key Bob and that is their call...not the closest official in every case guy closest was watching the other blocks.

The call was incorrect. There was no hold on that at all using the NFL definition, I was pointing out why the official "standing there" didn't make the call (the official "standing there" didn't make it as it wasn't his to make). Nowhere in my post did I defend the call and I don't always defend the call of the officials...but hey keep on swinging and missing...it's your bit.

He'd still be on a rookie contract so he will definitely be here. We'll see how the market shapes up but I think someone will snap up Shultz early when the Bears are busy with other priorities. Right now, Daron Payne is the guy at whose doorstep I would be with a contract at 12:01 of the opening of free agency

I definitely agree with this. He would fit perfect in what they want to do.

I dont really see them going big on TE in Free agency. There are too many other holes to deal with first. I think they will go for a guy in the draft to put along with Kmet.
