You could have prime Ed Reed, Bob Sanders, Primetime, and Richard Sherman as your DBs, and even they would struggle when the QB has 4, 5, 6 seconds to throw on every dropback. Until the Bears front 7 can get better and generate pressure, they are going to get torched.

The Bears weren't fortunate enough to have multiple penalties ignored on the same play. It's unlikely they had any penalties ignored in this game.

I think that it would be good if the NFL should have a weekly mandatary official review and "rate" each official group for each game played. Team coaches ought to be able to submit evidence of bad calls for their team which affected their team's game performance. Bottom line, if bad performances show up beyond an allowed point, then that group should be suspended for a determined number of games. Get new groups into the NFL and make it a competition so to speak.
