The Bears aren't close to winning a Super Bowl. I doubt he wants to go to a rebuilding team. Truthfully, I think he's overrated.

The Bears would be the most attractive job to him

I would prefer the Chargers.

The defensive backs may be the only part of this team that is set. Well and Fields.

It drives me crazy when the returner just lets the punt bounce down the field. The old rule of thumb used to be you let it go if it’s inside the 10. There’s no reason for a returner to let it bounce outside of that when a fair catch could easily be made. That’s really coaching more than anything but something so easy and straightforward is consistently ignored.

You really need to stop with this nonsense. The Bears are not changing coaches.

Most teams in the league would fire their coach to get him and that includes the Packers.

Payton would probably want his own GM; don't see Poles being dumped that quickly.

This is a unique situation to get a Superbowl winning coach and a QB whisperer

Is Theo secretly running the Bears? There is zero chance Poles dumps Eberflus after one season where there were no expectations and the QB is suddenly the toast of the town.

Nope. Nas is correct in considering him to be an overrated coach and the Packers certainly don’t operate that way (nor do the Bears).

There is precedent for this happening in the NFL

What the heck was Jones doing on that run? A draw from the 35 and he doesn’t even turn around?

With the Bears?? Nope. Come on, there may be a few owners/GMs that would do that but not the Bears. Maybe when McCarthy blows another playoff game Jones would jump on him.

Correct. Broncos might go for him since their defense is set. Maybe Payton could squeeze a couple more productive seasons out of Wilson.

Bills woke up. Bears run defense is getting shredded.

Sean Payton wants nothing to do with a washed up Wilson, no draft picks and a maxxed salary cap

Yeah, the Broncos or Chargers are a good call.

Not possible. We have been repeatedly told that they don’t quit…which is how we know Eberflus is doing a good job.
