There are literally receivers open on every play! How does he not see this? Just Asking A Question

Same Pettis that just dropped a simple out route where he had both hands on the ball by the way.

With such stellar pass protection it's no wonder Justin Fields hasn't looked like the second coming of Johnny Unitas!

His line sucks and he’s ineffective throwing the ball. Not a great combo.

*and his guys drop almost every catchable ball

At least Fields is a few yards closer to the rushing record.

Not to mention the fact that his receivers rarely get open

He doesn’t take easy throws either. Just now, he had claypool for a few yards but kept looking downfield until he got sacked again.

Inexcusable sack there.

Fields really has "all day to throw".Those 4 man pass rush sacks are really just an illusion. He can actually set a table with the amount of time he has to throw back there.

Another game where the offense fails to score a touchdown after their scripted opening drive. I know the defense doesn't have much talent and a lot of injuries, but Eberflus is going to have to answer questions about their effort. This defense quit.

It's really simple and it's what Manning, the backup with a podcast, etc have been saying:

Throw
The
Fucking
Ball

How do fringe players possibly getting their one shot, quit?

Against the worst defense in the league, which Biggs reminded us every day this past week.

Can't recall a game this season where the opposing team's defensive line didn't come off looking like the second coming of the "Fearsome Foursome"

Agreed. I thought that was the primary reason this team played hard most of the season.

Claypool has 2 forced penalties and ZERO targets.
