It looked like he was giving an attitude like he wasn’t part of the problem

He must read / listen to all the press and media about himself . That first quarter run was something else though , wasnt it ?

I wouldn't want to play them in the playoffs. That offense has an insane amount of talent.

Fields trade value dropped. Better sit him next week and talk about how he's crippled out there and can barely move.

I think the league will overlook today. I don't think they should, but they will. He's still likely seen as a better option than any quarterback in the draft.

Just watched Hockenson drop a pass that hit him right between the numbers . Thought that stuff only happened to Justin Fields.

How many players active for the Bears today will be active for game 1 next season?

Ryan Poles could really screw this organization up if he spends money on the wrong guys. The guys on the current roster don't matter

His drafting will matter more. He's drafted NFL players and starters, but he needs at least 1 stud in this next draft. Studs make teams great.

His 2nd rounders don't look to great from this year. Brisker has been a Disaster

Brisker has been solid for most of the season, and Gordon was playing well before today. They're starters. I'm not sure if either will be special, but MANY think Brisker will be.

You don't even believe that unless you're ignoring past posts you've made.

Brisker has literally whiffed on key tackles that have led to scores the past 2 weeks

So ignore previous statements that you made about Brisker?

Are there any elite offensive linemen or defensive linemen in the draft or free agency?

That's where you and I disagree. I would take Brisker over Gordon every day of the week. Can you imagine Pickens with this version of Justin Fields never throwing him the ball? He needs to be calmed down by veterans every week in Pittsburgh.

Orlando Brown. There will be a lot of good defensive players available.

Since none of you actually have an answer to my question, I will try:

Offense: Fields, one of the backup QBs, Claypool, Mooney, V. Jones, Kmet, B. Jones, Jenkins, one RB, one ST guy like Blasingame or another TE.

Defense: 2 lineman out of a hat, Sanborn, the two 2nd round DBs, Johnson, and three ST types like Houston-Carson.

Special teams: long snapper and punter. Not Santos.

That's 21. Can't see it being any higher than that.

Claypool exploded on the sidelines because he was open and wasn't being targeted. Fields says he just needs more time with Claypool to see how he runs routes. Until then, I guess the bums who won't be here next year will be targeted.

From Rick Morrissey:

Quote:
When is the last time a team was getting blown out and its quarterback ended up with just 75 passing yards. Crazy bad stuff.

Crazier was the sight of Fields still in the game in the fourth quarter. With this offensive line, he’s an injury waiting to happen.

“We kept Justin in there because we want to get the game experience,’’ Bears coach Matt Eberflus said. “You can’t get really get that anywhere else.’’
