The fact remains that it's tough to target or throw to the guy if he ain't on the Field. If he is only on the Field for 19 plays (with God knows what being actual passing plays) its more than likely either his fault or the coaches than it is Justin Fields's.
Claypool is open a lot. High school open at times. Fields says they have to practice together more. It may be a good idea to ignore your progressions and target that guy over bums. Even if he doesn't get a lot of snaps. It's about looking towards the next season.
