Eaglo, I couldn't help but giggle when I heard Jan Diggetts (or is it Dan Jiggetts?) version of "Coat Drive", set to the music of the Edgar Winter Group's 1973 song "Free Ride" before I left the office late this afternoon...   I think Danny Mac was reluctant to hear that parody song, but the Bears & Jewel have started their annual "Coat Drive". Winter will be here before we know it...

My Favorite Things - Doug in EP

Harry had one to the tune of the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald which I thought was great. Not good enough to make the web site though?

If by favorite you mean least likely to rupture my ear drums, i'd say none of the Mac or Harry offerings live up to that high of a standard.
Some of Finji's work was pretty good. And from the listener submissions it would have to be the "No, No, Nocioni"-live maniversary version.

My Favorite Parody song was from the Heavy Fuel Crew, "Joe Cain"
sung to Clapton's Cocaine. Phenominel.

I like "Coat Drive", it sounds like a duet song by Bob Pullford & Dan Jiggets.

My favorite was from an old listener contest that the HFC did. It was a White Sox tune to Love Potion #9.

"Have no fear cause One Dog's here to run down every ball; we know the White Sox are gonna win it all."
