I just picked up 300 lbs of fresh corn-fed beef. I could send some items up. In honor of bigfan, I have a Tri-Tip roast and various other cuts. Some liver. A tongue.

I would send what I'd call about 25 lbs or so of meat. I'm not going to weigh it. But I won't need to. Because I won't be sending it.

there's not too many teams out there that aren't crippled right now.

Most 23-win teams didn't just lose their multi-year starting PG. Probably overseeded as a 4.

actually most 23 wins teams are dealing with a major injury. here is a list of some of them.....

UCLA = Jaylen Clark out for the tourney. Aden Bona has a shoulder injury and missed yesterday's game. Status for this weekend still up in the air.

Houston = Sasser appears to have pulled his groin. No timetable yet. A pulled groin could easily take him out of the tourney depending on severity.

Kansas = Looks like Bill Self will be good to go, but still no official update. McCullar missed BIg12 fianl with back spasms.

Miami = starting center Omier had to be helped off the court this weekend, does not look good.

Xavier = Freemantle is out for the tourney

Tennessee = starting PG what's his name is out for the tourney

Kentucky = Wheeler appears to be out at least another 1-2 weeks. Wallace played but looked severely limited.

Arkansas = Brazile has been out for a while and is a massive loss

Virginia = Vanderplauss is out for the tourey

Texas = Timmy Allen missed the Big12 tourney with a leg injury, not sure of his status

yep right around the same time Smith Jr came back and then got hurt again. Arkansas was looking like a possible #1 seed at the start of the year till the injuries did them in.

Rutgers not making the tournament.

Going to be a lot of fun. A big group of teams IMO that can win it all this year.

I’d actually like to believe in Purdue, but Not Boilermaker Rick will be pissed.

Is ‘Not Inspected’ a selling point when it comes to beef?

It's a typical level of inspection for locker beef like this. Animal is inspected live, carcass is stamped but the cutting and record keeping isn't done for resale. We have ours worked at a USDA inspected plant but since most customers don't want to pay for the labeling they are roller labeled not for resale.

Or, this is possibly a level C (For custom) plant that Doc goes to and then it has a different set of rules that involve when you take ownership of the beef.

Any time I go out to buy steaks at the Jewels from now on I’m going to refer to it as ‘taking ownership of beef.’

My family has been going to this butcher for over 50 years.

It's not an inspection kind of place. The beef is good though.

If you change your mind on a bet, Hawg, let me know. Although I do admit I was trying to figure out how to ship frozen beef efficiently yesterday and realized I may have made an offer that's a pain in the ass.

I think I know what plant that is. They’re busy. Same kind of one as Sheffield. So many have closed down in the past 20 years due to the loss of livestock in the country side. The lack of successors and HACCP regulations haven’t helped.

He just holds it, and they probably foul him a second or 2 later. Also, Virginia had a timeout. Just use that. Or, the 3rd option, try to blindly throw a half court pass.

Pressure causes panic...

I'm enjoying the hell out of the second half of this Mizzou game.

And loving the faces on the Utah St fans!

I am curious to see how his recruiting classes turn out. That is supposed to be a strength of his and he has chicago connections. Build Mizzou and keep players away from Illini :D
