This morning, Spiegel had some prospect guy on the radio, anyways they were talking about the Sox farm and Colson Montgomery, he's going to High-A as soon as he's healthy because last year he got his shit handed to him at AA. Anyways the thinking was, the Sox had a hair brained idea of lumping all their top prospects at Birmingham, regardless of where they were development wise, because they thought it would be a good idea for them all to play together. That is the dumbest fucking idea I have ever heard of, no wonder the farm is shit.

They havent won a series or back to back games yet. They suck.

A slight chance, but its fucking miserable here today. Mid 80s on Friday, and wind chills were near 20 this morning. Game time temps forecast to be barely 40 degrees and there could be 35-40mph wind gusts so I can't blame anyone for canceling on a day like that.

Better to bag it now so people with tickets can make plans accordingly. Tigers had a 5 hour rain delay yesterday before they called it and it wouldn't surprise me if tonite's game in Motown gets bagged as well.

Burger needs to be in the lineup most every day. He is amongst their best power hitters and this team lacks power.

With the balanced schedule, it makes getting these games in more important to reduce travel later in the year for 1 day stops. I don't mind a DH on a day where the weather is awful. They should have considered that on Saturday instead of playing on Sunday vs. Baltimore, but not sure the weather was expected to be this bad.

Fortunately, we're talking about a baseball game that can be rescheduled for the next day in warmer temps.

The Sox don't win much of anything nowadays yet they still take up enormous amounts of space in your head, you fucking genius.
