3 #1’s for the 3rd pick (32 is basically a 1st).. imagine what they’d have given up for the 1st pick..

Poles panicked too early with the 1st. We could be sitting on 3 1sts next year an most likely be drafting 4th with the 32 this year too..

They didn't get three ones. They got two ones and swapped ones this year by downgrading. Net increase is two ones (or one one and one high two).

Yeah technically I get that but that’s how people have been phrasing trades these days

Lions now have 6 picks in 1st three rounds: 12, 18, 34, 48, 55 and 81.

or did they swap the 81st with the cards?

Kyler Murray reportedly made that pick for Arizona.

Neither the Texans nor the cardinals were going to trade up to one. The bears trade was a good one.

Odds just jumped on Bears trading out.

EDIT: unless they grab JSN :drunken:

Campbell is the type of meathead that wouldn’t like a guy who doesn’t breathe football.

Carter’s auto hobby probably disturbed him.

Stop yourself. These combined trades haven't netted more than what the Bears received.

With three QBs going in the top 4 the draft is not heading the Bears' way (assuming they wanted to sell the pick to a QB hungry team).

Working out great for us, all these QBs makes 9 even better to draftva non qb.

Did anyone expect Johnson to go before 9? Seems like a Pace-lite trade (trade up a few spots to overdraft someone).

If the Bears stick at 9, is it Carter or Bijan?

There is no way to know who else would’ve traded to 1. That’s the beauty of my position.

Carter would be a typical Raiders pick.

PJJ's stock seemed to be rising lately, and Murray was apparently pressuring the front office to take him.
