Bike, skateboard, wheelchair, Seacrest's rascal...there was more than enough room to safely go around the car. The vehicle shouldn't have been there in the first place, so the driver is part asshole. He also should have had his flashers on.

The guy who was taking video banging on the car one time to get attention is almost crossing the line as is. Doing it a second time is purposely being a jerk and just asking for trouble.

I think the driver was either fronting like he had a strap or the one he waistbanded was a pea shooter or maybe a knife, cuz his gait didn't change at all after he either pretend or for real put it under his shirt. and he was making too much of a demonstration of going for something, looking back at dude and being all obvious.
