COF - Maybe move the "In Like Flynns" to the top of your post as that's the most important info in it.

And I would think you could remove M. Jeff as I believe his "handler" is already "in like flynn" and he's inflating the "in" count.

not a bad idea. The maybe list, I'd say at least 1/3 will likely be there, so it's not really a numbers game at this point unless a lot of people back out. I picture anywhere from 10-16 playing and 5-8 watching.
