This is great advice.

Last week Caller Bob sent me very nasty PM's. I wont' go into the content but it depressed me to the max. The guy who asked me back here and I looked up to here killed me with what he sent.

I brought it up with my therapist during my session and she told me to post it publicly and call him out. I thought about it but then was like forget it, I don't want to start any shit or contribute to any more drama here.

I went thru some self therapy sessions I've used in the past and felt better. It helped me just let the shit roll off my back. I was so pissed and hurt and wanted that MF to die when he sent what he sent but now I'm not gonna make it a big deal. fuck it. People are assholes, what you gonna do.

I posted here again after a week and felt better.

Life is too short to make some internet forum stuff a stress contributor.

None of that shit happened in real life.
