in the end it was Lonnie Walker that was the one more shooter.

They stopped playing the guy regular minutes because he "couldn't play defense" Stats backed that up, I guess but all I know is, in the regular season when he was on the floor, he seemed to make every shot he took. The minute they changed his minutes, that shooting touch went out. But he was a stud for a large part of the season offensively.

Lakers winning should come as a shock to no one.

you might be right, but currently you can get plus money on some good teams as underdogs to play through that only need to win a couple games playing in series against teams with glass centers

this Jordan Poole guy needs to go back to the G League. I have no idea how they won with him last year.

Denver went on a 17-0 run in less than 3 minutes late in the 1st quarter as soon as KD checked out. The Suns have no depth. That's on GM James Jones. Monty is going to get fired for his questionable rotations and coaching going back the last 3 playoff appearances.

This was a team that was up 7 points late in the 3rd quarter in Game 2 when Chris Paul went down. The thing about Paul is that his contract was written up in a way where they can trade him and/or buy him out this offseason and get away with not much of a cap hit. Ayton likely will be traded. Nick Nurse is still available -- Budnenholzer is an AZ native. They'll figure this out. Isiah Thomas is hanging out courtside with the Suns owner. Changes will happen.

Bridges is a wonderful defender. So is Durant though. They're missing depth and pieces. They've been missing it for a while. The important thing is they have Booker and Durant. Hopefully, people will come and join the duo in place.

Suns need to retool their roster, bring in some better players to help Cam Payne.

The franchise began play in 1968 as an expansion team, and their early years were mired in mediocrity, but their fortunes changed in the 1970s after partnering Dick Van Arsdale and Alvan Adams with Paul Westphal; the team reached the 1976 NBA Finals, in what is considered to be one of the biggest upsets in NBA history. However, after failing to capture a championship, the Suns would rebuild around Walter Davis for a majority of the 1980s, until the acquisition of Kevin Johnson in 1988.

Under Johnson, and after trading for perennial NBA All-Star Charles Barkley, and combined with the output of Tom Chambers and Dan Majerle, the Suns reached the playoffs for a franchise-record thirteen consecutive appearances and remained a regular title contender throughout the 1990s, and reached the 1993 NBA Finals. However, the team would again fail to win a championship, and entered into another period of mediocrity until the early part of the 2000s.

In 2004, the Suns signed free agent Steve Nash (who had blossomed for the Dallas Mavericks after being traded from Phoenix six years earlier), and returned into playoff contention. With Nash, Shawn Marion, and Amar'e Stoudemire, and under head coach Mike D'Antoni, the Suns became renowned worldwide for their quick, dynamic offense, which led them to tie a franchise record in wins in the 2004–05 season. Two more top two Conference placements followed, but the Suns again failed to attain an NBA championship, and were forced into another rebuild. It's always risky to start fossils like Chris Paul at key positions. Replace him with someone a decade younger so you don't lose next year because your PG is out multiple games with sore dentures.

durant only has one or two years left before hes a fossil too. hes tall enough to have an impact in his late 30's but hes no lebron and lebron has to play out of his mind to keep up in the playoffs now.
