Was looking at the upcoming Twins schedule. The Central's leading team at all star break will be under .500. The only reason the Twins are over .500 right now is the Royals. They've had just as soft if not softer schedule than the White Sox to date.

They have played the Yankees, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Astros in 19 of their first 60. Lots of Cleveland, KC mixed in, but also teams like SD, SF and Boston.

I wouldn't say they have played a soft schedule by any means. It seems like the White Sox have played a pretty tough schedule overall...White sox have played 20 vs. TB, Toronto, Houston, Baltimore, but have their share of games also against KC, Cleveland....They played Cincinnati and Pittsburgh when they were hot also...

Overall, i would say the White Sox have played a tougher schedule to date, but it's not drastically tougher, but when I look at the White Sox schedule, obviously, nothing matters beyond June. If they can't get closer to .500 during June, it probably doesn't matter how the rest of the season looks. They are 9 games under right now. If they can end the month 3 or 4 games under, that would be a huge sign of progress. If they are 13 or 14 games under, it's probably time to start selling come July.

So far, so good for Giolito. After that first inning, he is throwing strikes.

It's going to be 50% embarrassing and 50% funny as hell when we win the division with 80 wins.

I watched the replays several times and I saw neither outfielder yell anything to each other. For Christ sakes, it was a damned no hitter against the damned Yankees and you'd think that those guys would have ran their asses off and bust their asses to catch the ball. Robert's acted like it was batting prospect. No damned excuse. NONE.

IMO that is 100% on Robert. He was there. He watched Benintendi move out of his way and still pulled up and didn't go for the ball.

Listen up, you don't call for the ball unless you can get it. Neither called, Robert could have I guess, but it would've been extremely last second. If he doesn't hear Benintendi, then it's full out for him since he's the CFer. It would be Benintendi's job to peel off on a possible collision, which he did.
