Stumbled on this show a few days ago and as I was reading the description is dawned on me that I already read the 3 book series the show is based on.

I'm 4 episodes in and the show is great so far.


Post apocalyptic show where everyone lives in a massive silo and the air outside is poison. But, it's been so long that no one knows/remembers why/how they ended up in the Silo in the first place. All their history was wiped out in a Silo rebellion 150 years prior.


Based on the books I would imagine this is pegged for at least a 3 season run.

5 eps in and I can confidently say this is the best new show on TV, maybe in several years.

I haven't read the books, so only know what I watched. Liked the season, not thrilled with the ending. Might need to watch the last part of the final again though. Feel like I spaced out and missed something.

yea I think you missed some key stuff at the end cause me and the wife thought the ending was amazing. I don't want to post spoilers here, but did you at least notice the massive reveal at the end?



Finished the season last night, 10/10. Best show in years. Season 2 being filmed right now.

Just caught up on season 2, they are 5 episodes in and the sixth to be released tomorrow. Without ruining too much, the second season feels as good as the first. Tim Robbins has been really solid.

season 2 was great. Cliffhanger as expected + a bonus scene that tells me they are going to start moving into book #2 territory.

My only compliant is that the scenes in the other silo with Solo were really dark. Had to watch it in the dark to catch some of the details. From what I've read, most of the next season shifts away from the Silos, so hopefully they don't lose the mix of action of drama.

Based on that final scene, next season will have a lot of time jumps to the very start of the Silos. The second book is all about the very beginning.
