 Thats funny. But also kinda alarming. He isn't smart enough to figure out the OL part of the conditioning?

BUT, he'll work his ass off to get the job done. You can't coach effort. You can figure out how to simplify blocking for anyone to understand.

(reading the tea leaves here)....He'll be the left tackle if Braxton Jones shits the bed in the slightest. You don't draft a guy that high unless you think he can play left tackle.

Yeah, I think they're your tackles no matter what.

I don't want my right tackle to lose too much weight and body fat

The kid has a crazy anchor and he's probably their most athletic lineman. He's nasty too. Losing a little baby fat will allow him to hold up better against the new school elite rushers.

This guy was supposedly great in practice last season, too.

But he was absolutely awful during games.

Hopefully, things will change this season.

I have little faith in Alan Williams as DC.

Brisker sounds like he already has CTE from his concussions.

To wit:

Quote:
Safety Jaquan Brisker has noticed a difference with Fields from last season to now, where he’s getting the ball out quicker and feeling more comfortable.

“For sure, he definitely is getting the ball out quick going through his reads and you can tell he’s comfortable back there and he’s putting the ball on a dime,” Brisker said. “Like he’s diming. He’s throwing dimes out there…Everybody looks different, but Justin you can just tell he look different. He’s moving different and you guys going to see.”

It sounds like Tyrique Stevenson has been getting beaten like a drum thus far in training camp.

Hoge, Jahns and Wiederer seem to agree that the passing offense has had a lot of problems in training camp so far. While Fields has consistently connected with Moore, they say that he seems out of sync with everyone else, especially Claypool and Mooney.

If not for the folly of the Claypool trade they could have had Joey Porter Jr. :( :(

It sounds like every big play made is against Stevenson. That says a lot about the cornerback position.

I like listening to Scott. The kid gets it. I'm not sure if they'll be many opportunities for him this season though.

The secondary is bad, but still manages to pick Fields off multiple times in a practice. This is the definition of a lose-lose.

No, the secondary is fine, but Johnson is still the only solid outside corner. Fields not beating the other corners is concerning, but the real action starts tomorrow.

Man, are you fucking miserable. Somebody could literally hand you a burlap sack with $20,000 cash in it, and you would piss and moan because its small bills.

If healthy, this is the best receiving corps in Bears history.

great to hear about Claypool. He's the guy with the most natural talent in the WR room.

Braggs (from CHGO) is the only media figure to report that Claypool has been the "star" of camp so far.

Based on other reports I've heard, though, it does seem clear that Fields has worked hard to cultivate a connection with him. Comments from other players on the team, including Mooney, suggest that Claypool can be difficult to get along with.

I'm not shocked to hear a receiver is a diva, especially one who wears a purse and blouses.
