This should not be a surprise to anyone that has watched him play last year, he's incredibly raw technique wise, but plays with a ton of power and is able to stand up a guard or center and can take on double teams.

He could be a beast in a year or two, you will see a few flashes early, but is a very raw prospect at this point and that's why he was drafted where he was and not picked much higher.

I guess we will have to put a temporary pause on all those Roschon Johnson bouquets..5th on the RB depth chart

In a read and react defense, at the college level, get off isn't important when you are as big and strong as Dexter. So there is nothing to fix at that level.

1. How would you go about fixing that now?
2. How can we fix your inability to read and digest information in it's entirety ?

Get off has nothing to do with instincts btw.

You get off when you see the ball move. And if he is doing it some of the time, then he can do it all of the time.

And if he played in a scheme in college that was read and react, then he will take some time to do the same at the pro level.
