Lion-mania has gotten a little out-of-control. I'll believe it when I see it. Maybe tonight will be the night.

TM and I were the first on this train. Goff is the only huge question mark for me.

Good time to be catching the Chiefs, Mahomes may have to introduce himself to his receivers tonight.

Agreed. He's still Mahomes, so you can never count him out.

The Lions are a good team that are probably 1 year away from potentially being great. They started 1-6 last season and still almost made the playoffs. That said barring Mahomes getting food poisoning or something crazy and not playing tonite, I'm not sure a see a way the Lions win later on.

They got the best running back, traditional linebacker, QB of the future, and one of the best TE's

The linebacker looks like a dude you can plug in for about 8 years.

Yeah, I have no clue why dolphin believes they blew the draft.

no, they didn't and he won't even be starting for his own team.

hooray

QB of the future will be 26 during his rookie year. Velus Jones calls him "pops". Oh, and his rookie year is a medical redshirt

they passed on better talent at the position

I was scared when I saw their draft capital before the draft. They squandered the value of most of the picks by overdrafting and chasing less impactful positions.

I couldn't disagree more, but we'll soon see. Having a cost controlled Hooker gives them financial flexibility at other positions. His age doesn't matter if he's good.

My favorite part of the Lions’ draft is that Gibbs himself was shocked they took him that early.

That’s actually pretty good CB, and the age about matches up. As fate would have it she just Snapped me a picture of things she is buying at the store with the caption that she might need more money

The anthem singer was in a rush. That's the quickest I've ever heard someone sing the song.

So much push from the line and Montgomery can only get 6.

She stands on a field with former NFL players and makes them all look small.
