So currently with about 18 minutes to post...in the will pays for the pick 3 the 5 is the favorite with the 7 and 8 close behind...of those 3 the 7 is the longest odds, so I will wager on the 7 across the board as well as a key/box with all the exacta

Elite is just killing this meet on the late flashes. I have little issue with their giant rebates. They're big customers, they get better pricing. Okay, we can deal with that even though it's a huge disadvantage. Like five guys playing dollar ante poker and one of the guys grabs a buck off the top of every pot. At the end of the night that guy will be hard to beat.

But the ability to robotically fire at the last possible moment (some say after the bell has rung) is too tough to overcome.

Saturday at KD, some I'm keeping an eye on
first race I like the 10-Two Sip Sally, very strong pedigree and Walsh is a strong as anyone in these turf sprints

2nd Race the 8-British Sea, human connections get it done here

couple of longshots in the next two...the 6 in the Marathon next and the 10-Azura in the 4th

Race 9 the favorite should be the 3-White Frost but the 5-Henrietta Topham bested her last time they met, could do it again at a huge price

Race 10 the Euro invader 12-Dr. Zempf mows them down taking advantage of a blistering pace

good luck

I think your man has a REALLY good chance to win the Juvenile on Sunday.

yeah I think that morning line is out of whack...Block/Ortiz out of Palice Malice...not 20-1 at all

Very tough beat. Lost a lot of ground on the turns.

Today is the final day of the meet, and I'll be here like my wife likes to shop-all day long

First race anticipating a lot of action will fall on the 4 (Ward/Ortiz) and the 7 (Walsh/Gafflione), but I'd keep an eye on the 9-Dr. Ray D...fired a bullet and needs to cut back...nice price

Edit

4 is scratched, missed that

6th Race: Elusive Target is a good longshot here. I hate betting Talamo but I think I'm gonna get the right price to do it here.
7th Race: I think Private Credit is loaded for bear in this spot.

Race 4...as an old dude, I like the fact the the 5-Arabian Prince is had a bit of a bounce after 5 years, and he has been showing quite a bit of finish in his last 3 races..also like the 9-Judge Davis and curious why Shug hasn't tried him on the turf more

Race 5 LOVE this horse the 7-Pray for Champaign and he should be called pray for 15/1...beaten favorite last out...stretches out which is what the pedigree says...trainer Arnold 22% second-time out since the start of 2021 with a $1.62 ROI for every $1 bet...already cut in half

Always like to look at the "Will Pays" for value in these situations...currently the smallest (and therefore most popular choice) on the PICK 4 WILL PAYS is the 1 followed by the 8, and then the 4 and 11 are rather close...when we look at the current board the 1 and the 8 are still the favorites, and both are paying reasonably well...the 11 and the 4 are being bet accordingly

so sometimes you can see a big difference between the "Horizontal" wagers and the current race wagers...not in this instance, but keep an eye out for huge value amongst these large fields

Apologies to those that know these things...just trying to grow the base

Will Pays in the next race show a heavy favorite of the 7 but little difference between the 9 and the 2...small field relative to KD, but some value may appear

I'm going to key the 8-Zo Lee here in the trifecta...I would encourage you to follow suit based on my plays today and bet the ranch...and by ranch I mean your neighbors house

Kentucky Downs was a fucking blood bath for me this year. The last couple days of the meet the track seemed really speed favoring, but I was too much of a hammerhead to take advantage. On Saturday Get Smokin had a HUGE speed advantage but I just couldn't get there off his figs. I needed just a tiny bit more imagination.

Anyway, Churchill starts today and I'll be pounding Pinfire in the 3rd, first time turf off the layoff. Should be a good price unless the Elite boys' algos torture the pool on the last flash.

well since you brought it up

CD today under the lights

Race 1 3-Dual Monarchy, broke his maiden here, might rebound...the 4-Inexorable fits well for Diordoro although I hate betting him...the 6-Captivated Nation could simply run away from them (also 5-Jewelstown...(well since Dominicks left)...and he deserves a look via the dropping down and cutting back angle

Race 2 the 1 is being offered for 25K when he was claimed last out for 50K ????...I like the 2 Union Rags but he'll get hammered

Race 3 I landed on both the 2-Cigarette Boat as well as the 4-Cuore Sacro...not really seeing your 5 JORR...he hasn't run this distance and hasn't run on turf, although he did get gelded, so he might be pissed off enough

Race 4 the 2-Kattath will get buried, but I like the 5-Riders Special as well...watch the 4 he is 4:2-1-0 here at CD

goodluck boys
