As much as I do not like Fields, I don't think there is a franchise type of prospect coming out next year. If they end up with (2) top 5 picks and Fields continues to show some progress, maybe you trade down with one of them.

On draft day, Bob will love Caleb Williams

I’m sold on Marvin Harrison Jr and as of today that’s who I really hope the Bears come away with on draft day.. Caleb would be nice too, or even possibly Drake Maye but Harrison Jr (and Williams to some extent too) is a generational talent and the Bears need guys like that.

Bottom line is, if they wind up high in the draft again, they have to come away with a difference maker. Those are the types of players that can change a franchise.

I completely agree. Harrison and Moore would be a great combination.

Did you watch the 1st quarter and then turn off the television because it was bed time? Or did you actually stay up until 1:30am and watch the whole thing?

It's an honest question. Anyone who watched the entire game doesn't come away with that crazy opinion.

At the minimum, I would hope that there are two can't miss all pro offensive linemen in the next draft for the Bears. That should take care of most of our offense. Then the Defensive line needs big time help as well as another good linebacker and receiver.

Nobody who’s seen the guy play for the last three years has that opinion.

Short, old, takes a long time to pass. This is great, though.

Stop stealing from Josh Lucas.

Guilty! I'm waiting for them to post the full interview. I missed the first 20 minutes.

Over the eight quarters in 2023 Justin Fields has locked up the no 1 job forever in this city. He won't have to pay for drinks ever again.

Signed: Parkins, Bernstein, Holmes

I haven't listened to Bernstein and Holmes, but Parkins is on board with Caleb Williams over Fields.

I bet you he changes his mind and/or says it's a "tough call" if Fields continues to bumslay.

Btw, credit to Fields for slaying bums with his arm, at least for a few quarters a game. I honestly didn't think he had it in him.

Easy now, guy. I just hope he stays healthy and shows well in a losing effort.

You will know he's REALLY arrived when he knocks off the 21st ranked team in a nation that just came off a heartbreaking loss at the hands of football powerhouse Louisville.

anybody that wants the Bears to truly fix this team long term wants a QB on a rookie deal starting next year. Hopefully the GM of this team knows that. Doesn't matter how well he performs unless there's a midseason trade that will net you more great picks.
