There was 1 real interception and even that one looked like QB and receiver weren't on the same page. There was a rushing touchdown.

There was one play where two separate Chargers DBs had at least toss-up INT opportunities, which I would count as 2 distinct events. That brings the total to, what, 5-6 possible INTs?

The Chargers either quickly figured out Bagent or Getsy's offensive scheme, or both.

They cannot afford to continue drafting players for his defensive scheme.

He made Kellen Moore look like a genius tonight, but all Moore did was run the same 2 or 3 plays over and over.

Wait, what? A ball can't be intercepted more than once on a single play. Three guys might have had a chance to intercept the ball, but only one guy actually could make the interception.

Poles fell in love with Edmunds because he was the "lengthy" and "athletic" guy he wants on his D.

The problem is that he has no instincts and play and incredibly soft, not what you want in a MLB who has to come up and tackle people in zone coverage, and take on a guard or center in the hole on running plays.

The Carolina and Arizona games are the most important of the season as you would like to pin losses on those two teams to help make sure your two first round picks are in the top 10.

Have seen all I need to see from Eberflus, the guy gets thoroughly outcoached every week, he made Kellen Moore look like a genius by playing vanilla coverages and by inexplicably not calling line stunts or blitzes until the second half. Teams know his defense better than he knows his defense.

And a wide-open Velus Jones shit his pants and fell backwards into the end zone, dropping the easiest TD pass he’s ever been thrown.

I don’t know Nas . At some point you can’t excuse 4 interceptions and a fumble in his 3 games . He definitely has some moxie and I can certainly see him improving but the results are the results he has to do better. I would not accept the stat line he’s put up from Fields I’m not going to accept it from him.

Oh yeah that. Has Jones been cut yet? How many passes and kicks has he just straight up dropped?
Was that fair catch interference penalty him too?

All of the above is true. But it's also true that he's looked significantly better in his first two career starts than Fields looked in his first two career starts.

I am only talking about the Chargers game. Also, I think context is important. The first interception was a simple miscommunication. The second was a strike that should have been caught for a first down. BTW, it's only 3 interceptions.

He could have easily had 3 touchdowns yesterday. The pass to Mooney is likely a touchdown, as is the Jones pass and the pass to Kmet.

He fuck up on offense and special teams. If given the opportunity, he would have fucked up on defense. He shouldn't play. The experiment is over.

He fell down and the ball was still so perfectly thrown that it dropped in his stomach...and he still couldn't catch it. You see what Poles found in him in that he was open by 10 yards, but he sucks at football. I doubt they can upgrade from him tomorrow and they might as well bring him to camp as they are paying him anyway, but he should not make the roster next year.

How much better would Bagent's numbers look if the refs hadn't robbed them on Mooney and Velus put his arms around the ball. Those aren't even highly speculative.

It was a weird day for him. He showed he could throw deep. At the same time, he had nothing on passes when he threw 5-10 yard outs.

Eberflus said Evans was supposed to come back to the ball on the near interception. The kid was clearly nervous and feeling the pressure of the moment. I still only remember 2 bad passes. One over the middle that could have been intercepted and overthrowing Scott.

Did Velus Jones make the flight home? It's easy to blame Poles for the Velus Jones mistake but the biggest mistake with Velus Jones is when Shaneequa "Momma" Jones, didn't drown her baby Velus in the bathtub in Memphis 35 years ago.

I saw "White Radio" on the sideline last night, dumbfounded as ever that his Vanilla "Cover 2" couldn't make a single stop in the first half. "Brilliant" football minds here Image told me this guy would be fired 3 weeks ago

He also fell down in the middle of the end zone. How much further in front of him did he want the ball?

I was thinking the same. Maybe Lil Gump wanted the ball in the stands. He was running...
