Every coach's agent is aware of the landscape. There is no better job than the Bears if they have 2 top 5 picks.

How so? Maybe if there is an employee coach you want but how often is a new coach hired during the season in the NFL unless it's the interim guy getting the full job.

My assumption is Harbaugh will resign in December. That allows you to have the contract drafted before Jan 1st.

I’m at Just One right now waiting for Chinese take out next door. I was at Champs last night. But for games the bowling alley is strangely the best place.

I have been to all nine bars already and just moved in after Labor Day…..lol.

Watching the O'Sullivan video, it sounds like the problem is the scheme and talent and not really Young.

Right after completing the hat-trick against Ohio State Thanksgiving weekend would be a good time to drop the mic and start preparing to move the family out of A2. I don't buy the Michigan as contenders for Nat Champs thing. Michigan's played a soft schedule and still think the top SEC schools even in an off-year will beat any big ten team in the national champ game (other than Ohio State if tOSU's having their best year). Although the talk around Michigan rumor circles is that Mrs Harbaugh-the-2nd wants Jimmy to get a job within an easy flight from Detroit Metro/Ann Arbor and they'll or at least she'll stay in Ann Arbor to raise their 4 school age kids from his 2nd go around with the family thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if O'sullivan has an analyst who writes the scripts and JT punches it up.

He's humping. He has to have staff helping him break down all of the film.

Wondering if Fields can do enough in the remaining games to convince them to stick with him.

Caleb Williams has a ton of talent, but has some bad habits that will get him into trouble in the NFL and is already behaving like a diva.

Reading Maye is the prototypical prospect, but is he more of a sure thing than Marvin Harrison Jr.?

You upgrade your O line and trot Harrison and Moore out there you have two playmakers on the outside which would make your already solid running game even more effective, you almost QB proof it because all the guy has to do is put it in the vicinity of those two guys.

I really love Keon Coleman from FSU as well. His only fault is that he's not Marvin Harrison.

I still have a hard time justifying using a top pick on a guy whose performance is entirely dependent on somebody else (when that somebody else either sucks or is a question mark).

His dad was a hall of famer. You’re setting the kid’s floor at what, prime Randy Moss?

I really like the great TE/receiver from Texas Duce Robinson. If they have a chance to get him with their own pick, I think that they should consider him. I know that Kmet is doing well and is signed but Robinsson can be split out and has the speed to get deep.

Bowers should still be on the board if they’re picking around 5.

I do as well. Too many things have to go right for that guy to make a difference. It would be like rebuilding a baseball team by trading for and signing relief pitchers.

The rookie QB first contract window makes it very appealing to draft a QB and pray he's good, opens up a chance to chase FA's while the guy in still on his rookie deal.

Bears have not hit on any top guys recently, very few guys got top end second contracts, you overpaid for a few dudes, but no franchise QB deals on the books for a while.

Plenty of bad paper to old/underachieving FA's on the tail end of deals, but no big contracts for guys you drafted.

Texas doesn't have Duce Robinson. USC does and he is a freshman.

If they end up taking Williams or Maye first, I’d understand a MJH pick. Plus the guy is awesome so it could be fun. I’d prob prefer a LT but I think they actually like Jones in that spot.

You are absolutely correct. I meant Tavion Sanders. My error.

Doubt Fields will be kept around as he hasn’t proved he can be the guy in 2 plus seasons.. they’ll take a QB and hopefully be in place to grab Harrison Jr after that.

I understand beefing the line up more, but Jones isn’t bad enough at LT to pass up on a generational talent in Harrison. The Bears need play makers and game changers and right now Moore is it. I was hoping they’d address Center in this upcoming draft but for now they don’t have a 2nd to do it with so we’ll see.. they could also sign a C in free agency this year but I’m not sure what the crop will look like.

I think it’s Maye/Williams/McCarthy at QB with ther 1st pick then Harrison

Bo Nix is a suggestion from ChiCity Sports.
