Love's arguably a top 10 QB in the NFC North.

Hes 5th in TD passes
9th in EPA
13th in QBR
10th in passing yards

All while missing his best WR and best RB for most of the year and throwing to the most inexperienced pass catching group in NFL history.

Yes I think he's better than the rest of that group. If you gave him the weapons Tua, Purdy, and Hurts have his numbers would likely be significantly better, and those QBs would likely have significantly worse numbers if you replaced their All Pro WRs with day 2 and 3 rookies

Hurts hasnt been good this year. It's been a talking point all year. Tua has been entirely mediocre since September. And both of them are throwing to one of the best pairs of WRs in the NFL. How big of a gap do you think there is between Tyreek/Waddle, AJB/Devonta, and Reed/Doubs?

How am I wrong? It's quite the opposite. Gute gutted a SB capable team and now you sit at 6-8 with your four year vet of a golden boy QB having just failed to overcome the mighty maker bayfield. You couldn't get anymore mediocre than that. Welcome to the club. And, seriously, post more, friend.

You said Love was bad and the pick was dumb. In reality Love is good and it's one of the best draft picks any team has made recently. Prioritizing the QB position is why GB has had good QB play my entire life and it looks like that will continue. Your team will be starting over again for the millionth time at QB this offseason, have fun with that.

Purdy is near the top in many QB categories…..I know he is on a loaded team, but the guy is getting the job done.

I have watched all of Love’s game as one of the board’s resident, literally, WI guys.

He has decent play making ability with his legs. He has very good recognition of where the ball needs to go. His accuracy is a major issue. His receiving core is young. No way I put him in the top ten, but he is probably in the top half of QB’s.

I've said consistently the pick was dumb and the erratic QB play at the root of your 6-8 season just proves the point. The lack of a SB during Love's rookie year also undersides the point. You are 6-8. Your QB is a major question mark. You have to pay this question mark QB. You are the bears and you can thank Gute for that.
