This play is so stupid. #70 reported when he was playing guard anyway and couldn't be eligible anyway from that position. And #68 had to have reported cuz he knew the play was for him. And he did report. Ref just focused on #70 who was also reporting for some unknown reason.

68 decker probably did verbally report... but why isn't their coach directing the player to verbally communicate AND make the ref motion with their hands? Decker post game said he did as his coaches told him. You should be doing both so it is painfully obvious.

I called out tackle eligible and the penalty before the snap.

It's worse that the line judge missed the fact that the tackle was covered up. There was a play on Christmas in the KC game where it was missed as well.
