He loses every close game, he collapses down the stretch, he loads his staff with guys (by cracky) who jerk it on company time, he doesn’t win actual football games, his haircut sucks, he’s acts like Dan Campbell but looks like a guy impersonating Mike McDaniel…

The list goes on

I'm holding out hope that it's wrong, but I've sensed this was going to happen for a while.

I don't understand the hate for Fluse. As Poles has given him more talent the team has improved its play. Change QB and hire a proven offensive coordinator and you're a playoff team.

This guy is fine when everybody around him is great. Otherwise he sucks.

Are you watching the Steelers? Guess Tomlin sucks too lol

I’m not a Tomlin guy but he successfully managed a locker room with Antonio Brown, Big Ben, James Harrison, LeVeon Bell, a Pouncey brother…

He knows how to administer.

Keep in mind the same people were going to be surprised if Ryan Pace got fired a few years ago.

Have to give him credit for rebuilding the D, but for gods sake find him someone with a brain that can help him manage the clock and tell his OC to get his head out of his ass when he runs a jet sweep on 3rd and a half yard.

Yeah, Claw. Getz really is the weak link over-all on this team. It seems that he is always tryin to "trick" the other team instead of calling plays that the Bear's are good at completing in their favor.

The Bears need to convince the world that Eberflus will be here beyond next season if they want to attract a competent coordinator.

I don’t know, I would think that in the interviews if the potential OC has assurances that they’re going to take Caleb Williams number one it would be pretty enticing to get the brand new, shiny toy and design an offense around regardless of who the head coach will be .

I actually agree with this. I was making this point in the Top Secret Facebook group. You could be a head coach candidate in a year if you can get the #1 pick to play well. I suspect Eberflus will go with an OC that's been around for a while. Possibly, his former boss.

Eberflus is a terrible poker player. It was clear he was coming back a few weeks ago.

It has to be Frank Reich. He is a bad head coach but a good coordinator which makes him similar to Eberflus except Eberflus isn't a good coordinator either.

Yeah I do not think Flus matters. If an up and coming genius OC, that seems to be the latest trend, is wanting to move up they will.

This is a job for an old man or a guy who flamed out.

Nobody with potential makes a lateral move to a lame duck.

Doubtful they will suck. I also doubt he'll get fired. He's our guy until at least 2026.

They can’t possibly do worse than 9 wins after seeing that pathetically easy schedule next year.

Agreed. Especially with their draft capital and free agent dollars.
