by the time everything's said and done and Fields/Joey/Tre(y)/Zach Wilson's Mom and Jefferson Davis Mills retire, those might end up the final-final rankings. But, yeah, currently you flip Lawrence and Fields and then who gives a shit about the rest. I guess Davis Mills maybe takes 3rd? one downside to keeping both Fields and drafting a QB is I think the Bears have to make some sort of decision on Fields 5th year option right after the draft.

But you might get a better haul for Fields going into the season and waiting for some team's starter to pop an achilles during the national anthem.

Still think you want the draft capital for Fields going into the draft; but there's merit to the strategy of keeping Fields around til the 2024 in-season trade deadline.
