Because the White Sox are the worst team in MLB. This team could end up one of the worst teams in MLB history. I have seen a lot of shit baseball teams over the years on the North side. Nothing like this though. 2012 probably comes close to this Sox team but we had just got Theo who had just won the World Series with the Red Sox. White Sox got Chris Getz because Jerry didn't want to search for a talented GM outside his comfort zone.

Sox have fallen off a cliff the last couple years and I am absolutely loving it! Sox fans did not hold back when the Cubs entered rebuild 2.0. Plenty of trolls on your side coming over to rub it in that the Cubs sucked. But now our rebuild is nearly over and our team is looking like a contender again while yours failed rebuild number 5,6,7? since 2005. Can't keep track of how many failures your team has had since your lucky season.

Unlike the angry Sox fan, we Cub fans can do two things at once. Root for our team while they play play off baseball and laugh our asses off at the failure that is the White Sox

Yes, but their 2023 Wars were close 5.0 to 4.4. Of course Robert is younger and cheaper, so it is obvious that he is more valuable. Health of both will be the 2024 differentiator.

Robert had great at bats today.

And there it is. Eloy and Robert…talent stunted by non stop injuries.

There's never been a team that's worse in April than the White Sox.

Moncada is conspicuous by his absence from the injury parade. He's going to have to catch up. I predict he'll be talking to Grifol with his head turned, cough, pull a muscle in his neck, and then be out for two months.

Longer than 10 days. Read the article you posted.

“ “It will be longer than 10 days,” White Sox manager Pedro Grifol said. “I just don’t know how long it’s going to be. And I don’t think anybody knows. We can talk about it here until we’re blue in the face, but we don’t know how his body’s feeling, how he will react to this kind of stuff. Considering how strong he is and how much work he puts in in the offseason.””

The Cubs were well aware Eloy would have an injury riddled career. A day after the trade Chris Bosio told Jesse Rogers.

The pitching coach at the mlb level is always a source or info about minor league fielding prospects

Is that good?

The starting pitching has been pretty decent outside of one game against atlanta

Kevin Pillar batting fifth, Gavin Sheets cleanup. A lock to lose over 100 games.

The White Sox own radio partner on W & S was discussing they've been known to hold off putting likely IL candidates on the IL for multiple days. Jerry then saves paying a replacement MLB salary for those days.

I always thought that Sheets was the real deal. That lefty swing always looked perfect to me. He just looked like he was built for MLB but I couldn’t have been more wrong. He really sucks. His only saving grace is just that everyone else on the team sucks more. The suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked.

That's a long justification to say Frank is right.

Soroka has been okay. Flexen is not a big league pitcher. But pitching doesn't matter much when you have an "offense" that can't string together 2 hits.

He seems to watch a ton of the White Sox, so no he doesn't watch real baseball.

Wasn't all that ails the Sox supposed to be cured simply by firing La Russa and Kenny Williams though? Just Asking A Question
