11,000 attendance (surely inflated) on a Friday night.

I am pretty lucky to have some good high school and college baseball programs within easy driving distance for me as well as three 1A pro teams also so my baseball viewing will be good again this summer. So, it is really neat to see young players(for the most part anyway) be able to actually RUN the bases without falling into a big heap after going 70-90 feet or locking their back swinging at a pitch.

WATCHING THE WHIE SOX THIS SEASON WILL NOT HAPPEN A LOT THIS YEAR AND LIKELY NOT FOR SOMETIME. Fixing this terrible team will not happen if ever with this team with Reinsdork in charge. It took me over 70 years to reach this point but that is how I see it.

I'm a big fan of lots of Ks and BBs. It's cutting edge stuff.

Good. Anybody in the organization they think might be worthwhile should be up and playing everyday. There is zero need for Maldonado, DeJong, or Robbie Grossman to be playing at the MLB level at this point. I can deal with a 115+ loss season if its a team full of young guys learning and taking their licks at the big league level.

I played high school and college baseball and had pretty tight hamstrings. Never tore one because the coaches and trainers did a good job making we players take proper care to stretch out before we practiced or played. We didn't like to do it but I do question how many of these injuries are due to the players themselves ignoring their coaches and doing their own thing.
