Went by fast. Sucks it's a 9:30 start. I half assed watched this season but I didn't hate it like the last few years. I think .500 should be what they shoot for next year.

Hopefully next year is kind of like 2007-8. Playoffs are probably too much to ask for but at least signs of better days being ahead.

I only made it through a few minutes of the 2nd period but holy shit was Luke's goal in the 1st worth tuning in for. He should do that more. Loved seeing Slaggert, Bedard and Nazar all out there flying around at not old man speeds. This team is not going to suck forever. I think Nazar is going to be better than advertised.

great goal by reichel, though korchinski, soderblom and co. needed the season to end last week. bedard is in here too, not the greatest last 3 weeks of the season. gets a pass, he's only 18 - needs help asap.

looking forward to the off-season - draft and free agent signings. hoping the club can package it's 'other' #1 pick and their highest 2nd round pick to get an additional #1 pick in the top 12. philly and calgary may want to wheel and deal. just looked at tankathon's mock draft and they have the blackhawks taking demidov at #2, though D-men levshunov/dickinson/parekh/silayev and buium are all gone by the 9th pick. my goal would be demidov and one of the above D-men in the first 10, if they can make a deal.
