That was quite an era of cop/detective shows. Barnaby Jones (Buddy Ebsen) as the old man, Cannon (William Conrad) as the fat man, Kojak (Telly Savalas) as the bald man (before it was cool) and Karl Malden as the ugly guy. Thank God for Angie Dickinson.
