shes the type of person that will only feed off of this kind of shit. certainly should be on the olympic team, but also will have at least 5 more chances so whatever. it shouldnt be a focus anyway, who cares about the IOC.

Right, but the point is that there is precedent for not having all players be “the best” (assuming Clark isn’t one of the best) if there are other factors.

I saw the Fever beat a winless team by one or two points, and Clark scored 30. There isn't any talk about that because no one cares. I believe the Sky won, too. I don't know what Reese did. Once they discover good dolphin asked questions about her eyelashes, we'll hear about that. Why? Most people don't care about the basketball product. They're selling racial division and high school drama. Those are the articles we're clicking, stories we're sharing, and only things WNBA related that we're discussing. A Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese fist fight would get more interest than a random WNBA game.

I don't care why they're tuning in. I'm glad the WNBA is gaining steam. Plus when I watch, I am impressed. They're getting better every year. Ten years from now I think dunking will be common and it will be an honestly exciting league to watch.

It's basically where the NBA was in the 50s. Give it a bit more time.
