Not being Jordan as far as Jordan's killer status goes still doesn't mean that he isn't a killer. Just means he isn't Jordan.

I hope not. All of the fake Celtics fans have been out in force the past week or two. I'm convinced that most of them have no idea who Jaylen Brown is.

Not looking good for Dallas. I can't stand that Q-Tip looking Porzingis.

Stephen A. makes a great point about Doncic holding the ball too long but it gets obscured by all of his screaming.

Dallas laying down tonight. It's criminal how bad Luka is defensively. He's giving effort tonight but he lacks instincts and foot speed. They are attacking him every time they have him one on one

This Dallas team is just outclassed. It’s a shame they came out of the west.

He's 25-35 pounds overweight and might want to think about lifting weights occasionally.

It might also be helpful for him to understand when defenders are creeping up from behind to steal the ball. The Celtics did that to him over and over....and over.

He’s also the only guy Boston had to defend most the series.

This series proved he’s not going to carry a team to a championship by himself, especially with a well rounded team on the other side.

I'm confused. Boston smashed everyone this year. Why is this loss somehow a reflection on our overweight unathletic idol?

Boston put their best defender (Jrue Holiday) on Kyrie Irving the entire series

He holds the Ball too long. Too Many possessions where he's the only guy who touches it or when he does give it up it's late in the shot clock. When guys double or hedge on him he has to give it up. Too often he wasn’t. Particularly when they were obviously hedging on him.

i certainly wonder how the Wolves would have fared against Boston in an alternate universe
i think Celtics probably still win 4-1 or maybe 4-2, but i'd like to think they would have put up more of a fight than Dallas

Dumb take here considering MN beat them, but I think Denver is the only team that would’ve given Boston problems.

But this is not really true. Boston defended Kyrie hard all series. They seemed content to let Luka do what he wanted while trying to hold Kyrie down.

I think this series showed more on the limitations of Kidd than it did Luka. Although I would say I would like to see Luka get in better shape and at least try on defense.

Kidd's offense lacked imagination but again I think that has more to do with having your best player be content to just stand there and do nothing unless he has the ball in his hands than anything
Luka Doncic (with the shitty D, isoball style of his; and flabby physique) is more like James Harden than anyone wants to admit.

They were consistently doubling Luka and denying the ball full court for lengthy stretches. That’s hardly letting Luka do what he wanted.

I don’t know what Kidd could’ve done to mitigate the talent gap between these two teams.
