Olives are stone fruits. I love olives. I like cherries maybe more than I should because they are limited to a few months a year. I'm not a melon or tropical fruit fan.

An Expensive Chefs knife is 100% worth it vs. a Cheep knife. Especially if you like cooking at home a nice sharp chefs knife makes a world of difference!

Also some food stuffs that is totally worth it:
1 - Expensive Butter like KerryGold or Lurpak vs. generic store brand is like night and day
2 - Good quality extra virgin olive oil vs. cheap olive oil is like night and day
3 - Grass Fed/Finished Beef vs. Non Grass Fed is worth it.
4 - Quality Maple Syrup (i.e. real bourbon barrel aged) vs. cheep syrup is worth it.

I will say Kerrygold is great. Even Two Post and Three Post can recognize the difference.

The US produced butter requires 80% butterfat. EU butter is 82-90% with a max of 16% water. Like a lot of others Kerrygold adds cultures to it, I find it a little tangy. I've never tried Costco, TJ, or Cabot. Finlandia makes a great butter but only had it once. I like Plugra - some people don't. Good butter is for very specific uses here if you can buy the good butter more power to you.

peaches are not overrated, if you actually get a good one it's a top 2-3 fruit.

I don't know who's pumping up apples, but i guess they're overrated? They're ok but really only a few kinds- honeycrisp, pink lady. and even then i never really want an apple.

Cherries are where it's at.

Going back to 2008...My Honda Civic DX. It lasted 238,000 miles ang got beat to hell by myself and 2 of my kids as primary drivers. Boring car and I thought at the time is over-priced in terms of how boring and uncomfortable it drove. That thing proved to be every bit as reliable and durable as you could imagine.

the wireless android auto adapter for my car cost $90 when it came out a couple years ago. it is a little dongle you plug into the car's usb. it's sole purpose is that you no longer have to plug your phone into your car to get android auto up on your car's screen (There are similar adapters for apply carplay).

When perfectly ripe I'm going plums, avocados, cantaloupe and then peaches (open face peach pie is among the best).

Were you able to smuggle in a couple of beers in your belly fat?

No. I didn't want to displace my gun.

I was driving and did not drink yesterday.

But for all you young alcoholics out there, you have to walk through a metal detector so you can't smuggle any beer in. Little airplane bottles of liquor however might be fair game.

This Coach briefcase has served me well over many years. I even use it as a laptop bag.

thought maybe you were a /r/mechanicalkeyboards lurker. i used to buy $10 logitech shite keyboards. around 2016? Picked up a Ducky mechanical keyboard from Microcenter....spent way too much on mechanical keyboards since.

tumi bags -- seem pricey but damn they're quality, last forever. probably why they fetch 60-70% original retail used on ebay. Unless something really jumps out at me, I stick to the Sale tab on tumi.com.

Room and Board sheets - around $200 a set. But once you buy one set you'll donate all your old sheets to the Goodwill or the local triple-K chapter and never look back. Room and Board furniture quality & expensive too; but then any furniture that isn't Ikea $$$$. Their Parsons tables excellent home office desks, wish they made an adjustable version

Steelcase home office chair. Watch for Steelcase's a few times a year sale events (Black Friday, after tax-day, etc). I think they have one coming up in mid-July. You can get leather for the price of stinky, fart-gripping, spilled whiskey absorbing, jizz-stain highlighting fabric during their sale events. Amia or Leap. they look basic, but you're sitting yer ass on it, who cares what it looks like.

Rolling Stones, this past Sunday night. Not a cheap date but having never seen them before, very glad I did.

Whatever Mick and Keith are taking, they should give to Biden.

when the money clip/wallet costs more than the amount of $$ you carry in it on a regular basis, you're doing it wrong. For you, I would recommend a rubber band.
