It seems like a natural fit. NY gets all kind of publicity from Nathan's. It would be a cheap way to promote tourism. We need to determine a good date, food and location.

I think Taylor Street in front of Al's with either italian sausage or beef on Memorial Day. It kicks off the summer season in an iconic (or used to be) chicago neighborhood. It would show well on tv. Pre dip the sandwiches so they don't have to do the ridiculous water dip of the buns.
