Haven't been a Bears fan since 1986 when I was disgusted by the players' reaction to the Super Bowl and how they all wrote books and focused on celebrity rather than winning another Super Bowl. Stopped being a Bears fan at that point. Stopped following football in general about 14 years ago when I stopped playing fantasy football. Haven't even watched a Super Bowl in over a decade.

so with this new franchise saving QB I'm going to dip my toes back into the water and try and be a bears and football fan again.

Even watched the first ep of Hard Knocks.

What I came away with was that the Bears have done a much better job surrounding Williams with talent than the Hawks did with Bedard. Sounds like the Bears have a bunch of really good receivers (at least according to Hard Knocks ep 1).

So what else do I need to know about this team going into the season? How do the Honey Bears look?

I think I'm on to my next Shark Tank idea. Replace your toilet seats with Kringles. For those of us who can't afford a bidet.

yea but you get gouged if you buy at some of the obvious retail locations right over the border. Mars Cheese Castle upcharges cases of Spotted Cow by about $20-$30 a case last I checked several years ago.

Wisconsites like to say they hate Spotted Cow because they think it makes them look cool, but it's a damn good beer. Best on tap though.

No need to drive as far. Kenosha Woodman's is closer and if anyone else sells it cheaper than Woodman's, I haven't found it yet.

Wisconsinites also like to shit on everything Illinois until they need one of our finest (Kyle Rittenhouse) to have his mom drive him up there and clean up their mess.

A few Packer fans will convert at some point too. They’re already established as regulars in the Bears forum. Only a matter of time before ‘WilliamsFan’ and ‘Bear Ass’ are a thing..
