The defense is short an edge rusher, but everything else looks playoff ready.

I don't know how this season will go, but Eberflus has done an excellent job preparing the entire roster.

They have to go get Reddick. It will only cost money

It should be pointed out the Bears offense was struggling against mostly backups.

Any concern with the pressure the Bengals were able to create while he was in?

That pass to Odunze is what Aaron Rodgers did to us for damn near 15 years. He really had 2 great darts hitting a man running downfield. Notice how he did it rolling to his left, which Fields was flat out incapable of doing. Even that other one with the PI, the ball was thrown perfectly on the money for his WR. Result of the play was positive either way.

Do you pick up a guy to plug the gap or run with Booker now because he will be that guy.

No. I think he had enough time. He's a big game hunter. That can take time.

None. Gonna be a rough 15 years for the rest of the NFC North.

I think you wait. Great players become available at the deadline. If we're a legitimate team, you take a big swimg.

Singing. I'm not worried about him. I don't like what I see from Everett.

The O-line is going to be a thing all year.. Waldron will have to run the ball more during the regular season than he’d probably like. That said Caleb is capable of manipulating the pocket and getting the ball out quick when he needs to so it should look much better than last year.

And, the Bears still hold 3 picks in the 1st 2 rounds of the upcoming draft so in theory they could fix the O-line within 1 off-season thru the draft

And I would agree, it is area that will have to be addressed.

We’ll split this year imo. Your offense is ahead of ours but I think Caleb is legit.. our defense is better than yours and combining that with Calebs upside makes for a tough out.

Keep in mind we also don’t play each other till mid season -plenty of time for Caleb to go thru some ups and downs and have a lot of looks under his belt before we see each other. Like it or not, this rivalry will be much different going forward.

Well it might be a rivalry again then, because it hasn’t for a while due to lack of competition.

I'm more than comfortable with Braxton Jones and Darnell Wright. I'm in the minority, but I think Braxton is the better of the two. Jenkins and Davis being available are concerns, but both are good players when healthy. Center is still an unknown. The biggest problem with the offensive line is that they don't currently have any studs.

Getting the QB position right changes a lot of things, especially in today’s NFL

Agreed, Jones and Wright are both good players -our interior is a mess. Poles can fix that in the off-season but he has to dedicate some early picks to it.

Hopefully, it continues, but I love that he took accountability for the sack and the false start. I'm not sure of the last quarterback we had that would do that.

I also praised a former Packers quarterback about 15 years ago.
