Heck, we used to just wish for 21 in a full game. We got it at the half, and the offense had all the scores.

If you have a good offensive line you can do this against teams other than just Carolina.

I think that will be a priority next offseason.

8-11 140 yds 1 TD no turnovers.

Yet nothing positive to see here. He is a bust.

Yeah, but they filled most of their holes last offseason. You are limited with the cap in the NFL. This group will benefit from playing together this season. We will see where they are at by the end.

Two big tuck and runs for first downs.

Impossibly open receivers and RAC. Against a quality opponent he’d be floundering.

You are blinded by your bias to want to be right. You cannot ever admit any positives.

That was a good pass. Not that he’s a good player, but that was a good play.

Against a better team that throw to Moore is a pick 6.

Nice first half for our bust.

I was under an impression that Carolina was better than this. Williams is going to let this one get to his head though, this probably is high water mark for the whole season.

Caleb Williams does possess the ability to throw a football.

We’re blowing out Carolina boys, fire up the parade.

He has had some nice deep passes today. Continued improvement is nice to see.

No one said anything about a damn parade.

You always have an excuse. Again you are blinded.

Williams has had a nice first half. He is clearly progressing. Yet you won't admit that. Even if he does something good there is an excuse as to why.

It is pathetic

Daniels looks vastly better against Cleveland too. Even on Williams best day ever against the NFL’s worst team he’s getting outperformed.

He’s soft as hell. No way he does this against a real team, he’ll crumble. But enjoy this one I guess, my standard is a little higher than this.

Daniels isn't going to last running 15 times per game.

11-21 166 yds 1 TD and 1 INT

If Williams had those stats you would be bitching to high heavens about him being a bust.

You are full of shit.

Eh, Daniels has better throws and looks more athletic. Plus he’s an actual man and not some pussy. Like I said man, fire up the batons and decorate the floats. This is gonna be as good as it gets this year.

2nd game in a row where they let Caleb just manage the game, not force anything, and let things open up over the course of the game. And it’s not just helping Caleb, it’s helping the O-line, the running game, and the defense.

This is the offense I expected to see from the start of the season, run heavy, game managing from your rookie QB and tough defense. This is where the Bears stand the best chance for winning games.

Also, I don’t recall seeing either Mitch or Justin putting up numbers like this 5 games into their rookie seasons even against bad teams. Caleb looks like a real NFL QB already -still needs time of course- but looks the part.

Bad sequence there.. just hand it off and get the FG there especially after Caleb gets up slow

Just keep throwing the ball. Carolina is no threat. Reps, reps, reps.

Hand offs with some play action mixed in -perfect opportunity to get Williams under center reps while working the clock imo
