nimble lil guy, if he were 3 or 4 inches taller and played/ran around like that, he might've been able to stick. I don't think you can run a successful NFL offense premised on the QB rolling out on every play b/c he can't see over the o-line.

Well, for one thing it looks like running up the score.. for another you risk injuring key guys on a pointless exercise you can practice all you want during the week.

THere is no such thing as running up the score in PRO football.

Injury point is fair.

Running play in practice is not the same as running it live in a game.

You also risk putting something on film that could screw you when you really need to go for 2.. it’s just dumb to do it when youre up by so much so late in a game.


And yes, in Pro Football there is such thing as running up the score. Not sure where you’re getting that there isn’t. Most teams won’t do it (run up the score)

Nah running the score up is a concept that comes from kids playing a game. This is pro sports. These are grown men making millions of dollars. If you dont like a team scoring then stop them.

No, it isn’t just a pop Warner concept. There’s a reason why Billy B took flack for doing it and why teams will take a knee at the end of games rather than kicking FG’s or running it at the goal line when up by a bunch.


But none of that is the main reason I think it’s dumb. It’s dumb because you risk injury to key players, and it’s dumb because you risk putting your calls for that situation on film. It’s dumb for legit football reasons.

If you're done with Bryce, package him up with a pick or two and trade him to the Steelers for Russell Wilson Athletic Gear or the Browns for Jameis or Sam Howell from the Seahawk or Mitch (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky off the Bills. if you wanna aim high, Matt Stafford might be available if the Rams lose to GB today and fall to 1-4.
