A new Beatles recording? Is it called:

"Hello. This is John and Yoko. We can't take your call right now, so please leave a message. Peace."

I'm holding out for the remix with Ringo randomly shouting "peace and love" and "this is a serious message!"

Hoffy, who taught you how to write a Subject?! It looks like you were spanking your monkey trying to write that Subject...maybe you were. Moving on, I can't believe I was told all 3 Beatles Anthology collections wrapped up EVERYTHING they ever recorded - and now this crap comes out - I'm betting it's unreleased for 40 years because it's 14 minutes of crap. Paul has done the experimental thing on his "The Fireman" albums and those have never caught on with the public.
The Fireman is the moniker given to electronic music experiments created by Paul McCartney and Youth. In 1993, the duo released its first album, Strawberries Oceans Ships Forest, and followed that with Rushes in 1998. In 2000, Youth also took part in McCartney's similarly styled Liverpool Sound Collage.
In June 2008, McCartney's official Web site announced that a track called "Lifelong Passion (Sail Away)," from the album Electric Arguments would be issued as a limited-edition download to fans who donated to the charity Adopt-A-Minefield. The album will be released on the label One Little Indian on November 17, 2008. The new album features more traditional songs.
